job for my Elderly Mother
I contacted Austin as my elderly Mums hot water was not working and my heating engineers had suggested an electrician. As i don't live locally I have to rely on recommendations to choose who i send round to mum as she is vulnerable. Having shortlisted sparky's from the Crawley Community Facebook page I contacted Austin who initially emailed me the same day saying he could pop round one evening next week. When I tried to fix a date & time he completely ignored me. Eventually he turned off my messages and ignored my emails. If you don't want or cant fit the job in just say at the outset please.

No show
Spoke on the phone to arrange an electrical safety report for a property we were planning to buy. Agreed they would arrange a time with the seller which they did. The seller took annual leave off work but this electrician did not show up at the time arranged. This electrician did not return any calls or texts to clarify the no show. The seller refused to agree to any testing on the electrical circuits because this electrician wasted our time, putting the whole sale offer under unnecessary risk. They could have called to cancel ahead of time but didn't.

Reposition some double sockets, tidy up and remove old electrical cables

Install bathroom mirror light and change pull cord to a switch
Austin was able to put up a new LED mirror light and change a light pull cord to a switch for me. He was very tidy and done a good job. Will definitely use him again.

House Rewire
I highly recommend Austin for his excellent work with rewiring my whole house. He was reliable, cost-effective and professional throughout the entire process. The project started and finished on schedule. I’ve used Austin’s services since, when he took care of cable installation for LAN network. I would definitely use services again in the future.
