I had sat down and preplanned the jobs I wanted to get down methodologically and wanted the job to be completed in a certain time period. Said, the Manager, assured that he could get it done and would have top level tradespeople working and gave me a decent quote. He left the job midway to go on a holiday without informing me and threatened to take full payment for the job even thought it was incomplete. Cost more working with him then if I had gone to a reputable professional. When inspecting the jobs and the progress I noticed the professionals were low skilled. Don’t make the same mistake
