Frank came to the property and cleaned one of the units. In the second unit that was faulty he advised a full replacement of the motor and controller and quoted a large sum. Another engineer came and looked at the outdoor unit, cleared the weeds that had gone into the motor unit thereby stopping from functioning, cleared all the parts and got the air conditioning unit working perfectly. I think the job/diagnosis was poor and he stopped answering to messages and calls after that. I would not advise you to use this service.

You said the engineer you called has to untangle your frozen fan from leaves. That means my diagnosis was spot on, the only thing is I wasn't able to remove the thorny bushes from your unit, which wasn't my responsibility, I even had a couple of pricks trying to get the model number for the pricing of the parts which the Daikin internal diagnostic software was pointing me to replace.
As for the pricing, you can compare my price with any company if they are meant to change a fan and a controller pcb on a return job. I didn't rush in to complete the job on your approval for few reasons.
