My boiler stopped working on Wednesday and Derek came out on Friday and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. He didn't charge for the service and is always friendly and professional and very helpful. He installed my boiler and services it every year. I have recommended him to people as I am so impressed by him and his company

Derek was quick in responding and knowledgeable to find and troubleshoot the issue. It was a frozen pipe problem and advised on keeping the utility room warm. He also serviced our boiler and not charge extra for the call out. Very professional and skilled. Highly recommend him for any boiler issues and servicing.
