Good experience, quick to organise

I’ve used Brilliant Window Cleaners for 7 years and have always found Patrick to be really responsive. The text reminder the night before Brilliant Window Cleaners are due round has always ensured I know when they are due.

I was really impressed from the outset. I received a quick reply and they were able to carry out the work the next day. At the end I received a detailed update on the work that was completed. My experience was extremely positive throughout.

Andy and his colleague from Brilliant Windows provided a reasonable quote. The team arrived on time and proceeded to clear our gutters and clean our facias and soffit boards. They removed a large amount of moss and other debris as the gutters had not been cleaned recently. Andy and his colleague were helpful and courteous throughout and we will use them again, and would recommend them to others.
