    Good old-fashioned customer service!

    I needed a new ABS key but I'd lost the security code and the team at Brinnicks bent over backwards to help. Despite some time and considerable effort with a very sophisticated key cutting machine, it was clear the code was needed to produce a copy. They contacted ABS for me and sent them photographs of the key. ABS were able to provide Brinnicks with sufficient information to produce a new key. This was good old-fashioned customer service at its best and I'm very grateful.

    We have replace window lock mechanism and handles

    Replacing broken locking mechanism on a UPVC door.

    Mike came out to assess the job quickly and determined a new mechanism was needed. He ordered this and a few days later fitted it. This took some time as the frame was slightly warped and meant he didn’t finish till after 6pm. I’m happy to recommend this local company.
