Deep clean of relative’s house before returning home from hospital.
Cleaner was polite and understanding of current situation. My grandparent was returning to her home after attending hospital, and she was worried and confused. The cleaner was present upon our return and showed her what she had done, and helped to make her feel extremely comfortable returning home.
