Decommission/Removal of legacy CH system and installation of new CH system.
Entirely professional and considerate throughout; Alex executed an especially complex under-floor CH system installation in our period home with consummate ease. His comprehensive morning briefs gave us complete confidence each day and his skilled team worked diligently with a smile. It was a pleasure to have them. Find cause of carbon monoxide leak and repair boiler
Alex regularly services our boiler and has done other gas-related jobs. He is always friendly, cheerful and efficient. His keyword is transparency - he takes photos of everything, explains the problem and discusses the options. You know exactly what is going on and how much it is going to cost..... although I know "odd little things" have definitely just been thrown in!!! He goes the extra mile, particularly if there is an urgent issue. Can't recommend him too highly.

Random timing faultl

Ensuring there was constant hot water rather than intermittent.
Arrived on time. Polite, friendly and very clear and direct, regarding what was going to be looked at and the process of elimination needed in order to diagnose the problem. Once the problem was identified, it was then explained what woukd be done to repair it. I was kept in the loop all the way along. No suprises. Fair price.

Boiler repair
Very professional and conscientious kept us informed when he was arriving. Alex very informative and explained fault and what was needed to fix the problem. Alex sent me a full diagnostic report showing all tests required, costs of parts, labour breakdown. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Alex to friends and family. He will be my go to person for all my boiler and central heating problems in the future.
