Pitched Roof Repair
Leaks to single story pitched roof extension caused by pitch being too shallow from a bodged builders job. Alby identified the issue and recommended 2 different options. We went with option to completely replace felt underlay with waterproof membrane, replaced broken tiles, install brush guards and dry verge.
