New Garage Door
Gap at bottom of door, now resolved. Plastic cladding (which took 3 hours to fit), where old door had been, left looking very messy, improved now but not perfect. It took 30 days and several emails to sort this out, was not kept up to date with progress unless I asked. More expensive than rival company and doesn't look as good. On fitting the door there was a gap at the bottom which turned out to be a supplier fault - they did take a long time to respond despite chasing regularly. Our plan was to rectify the supplier fault and complete the cladding at the same time but due to the delay in them coming back to us this did make the completion a lot later than expected.
