We had a full window and door replacement from Britannia - Chandlers Ford branch and can’t recommend them highly enough. From the original quote, through the surveyor to Paul and Lee who came to fit we were provided first class customer service and all were exceptionally friendly and professional.

Great service from Britannia Windows for the installation of 5 new windows at my house. Their communication was excellent from survey, through ordering and installation. The fitters were great, putting down dust sheets indoors and then leaving the site clean and tidy when they had finished the job.

Avoid this company the price is good but work provided terrible. Waiting for the after sale to sort it out but they don't even answer a phone. First every screw in the windows looks like a 5 year old would fit it. They damage walls in 2 rooms and the wooden ledge using some kind of cleaning chemicals. The door needed to be readjusted on hinges after 2 days don't really think their products will last to long
