Avoid this company the price is good but work provided terrible. Waiting for the after sale to sort it out but they don't even answer a phone. First every screw in the windows looks like a 5 year old would fit it. They damage walls in 2 rooms and the wooden ledge using some kind of cleaning chemicals. The door needed to be readjusted on hinges after 2 days don't really think their products will last to long

We had a new porch, floor and front door moved from Brittania. After being let down by a national company, we decided to go locally and I'm so pleased we did. Paul in the sales team was fantastic and so helpful, immediately putting us at ease. He arranged for everything. On the day of fitting, the workman came and was friendly, polite and really quick. The whole thing was done by lunchtime. Will definitely use this team again, absolutely fantastic.

A very efficient process from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and professional. Very happy with the quality and installation of the new front door and the price was reasonable too.

Totally surpassed my expectations . After initial meeting with Paul Wyuts who was exceptionally helpful and professional I had no hesitation in engaging Britannia to fit a large sliding door/windows - excellent communication throughout . Fabulous team of guys did the installation - Paul &david - vv organised clean tidy and thorough installation really knowledgeable I thought windows/doors were just that but these are a different level - extremely smart - I was dreading having work done but what a fantastic experience - would highly highly recommends them 10/10 thank you guys

We were happy with the whole process. From quote to survey to fitting it was all seamless. Very grateful to Emily who kept up with all the right information to send us re certificates, payments and fitting information. Fitter was clean and courteous and our window looks great.

Thoroughly recommend Britannia Windows Bognor Regis branch. Polite and professional from quote being given to installation. I was kept up to date whilst I waited for my door to be manufactured. I was initially told it would take 8-10 weeks from ordering to fitting but I received a call to say my door was ready in around half that time which was amazing. I'm now a very happy customer with a new nice new front door.
