Booked in a time to visit, showed up on time and kept great communication. Went above and beyond to find the part needed and communicated a time to come and complete the work. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The company contacted me very quickly after submitting my quote and a locksmith arrived within a couple of hours. The locksmith was professional and on time, and carried out the work to an excellent standard. He also adjusted my latch fixture without asking which made the door closure much safer and more secure, so overall my locks are now greatly improved. I appreciate him making the extra effort and testing the locks many times before leaving the job. Thank you.

The gentleman turned up quickly once booked the job in, was polite, professional & friendly, did the job quite quickly too. He even checked that the locks could lock before he even took payment. Communicated well with me too on the phone. All in all great job well done.

Dannis has been. Brilliant. Service was perfect. They hit they sent did the job with heart and resolved the issue. This work has been quoted by others for too much and everyone wanted an easy way to replace the window. These guys recorded it with fraction of money and no issues. I don’t leave reviews but their service compelled me to leave a review for others . Highly recommended. When I posted the job, I got call within 30 seconds initially I thought maybe this could be scam as I never had anybody calling that fast however the servers from start to finish was impeccable.
