Assessment of roof + free temporary repair
John and his colleague came out to look at a leak we had on a small roof over a bay window. Very friendly and professional, they gave me an honest assessment of the job, before doing a temporary repair for free to see how I got on. A few weeks later it's held up perfectly, and if we have any roofing issues in the future I'll be straight back to hire John for the job.
