Friendly, clean and punctual.
Our surveyor failed to spot rising damp in the house we had just bought, so we hired British Waterproofing to come and fix it for us back in January. We got three quotes in total from various companies, but Nick and his son who came out were so friendly and down to earth, we decided to go with these guys. Very genuine, didn't feel like we were taken advantage of being a young couple and not knowing much about building work. Workers, Glenn and his team were very punctual, friendly and kept me updated on the progress and cleaned as best as they could after each day. Finished a day earlier.

Damp proofing treatment and anti-humidity fan installation.
Very detailed site survey/quotation, works carried out exactly as quote, to time/cost and area left very tidy. Delighted with the whole process, the personnel involved explained each stage of the works and were very pleasant. Consider we received excellent value for money and have no hesitation recommending this firm.
