Leak detection
We called Brit plumber to come and fix a leaking tap which he then arrived at the property I am absolutely disgusted in the way the work was held out and the harassment caused to my mother who is vulnerable. They expected a payment prior to the work being undertaken, half way through the left the property and came back with another colleague of his causing a lot of noise with one another in there own language and having no care towards the people within the property. Replacing a Toilet (AVOID, AVOID. AVOID)
We initially phoned Subhas to attend our property to replace a broken toilet. On the first interaction he agreed a time and didn't show up until 3 hours later, very bad time keeping (ruined my day plans). He was very arrogant when attending the property, when he began the work he took no notice to the noise as I have young children who were sleeping. He left the job half done as he had to take a phone call and then left the property for 40 mins and then returned back for his tools saying he will come back another day to complete. New Saniflow to be fitted and pipe flush / blockage check
