Refurbishing a house
Broad Builders were engaged by our Architect in September 2022 to do an extensive modernisation; removed internal wall between dining room and kitchen, so new kitchen, flooring, doors, windows, external cladding, fitted wardrobe, bathrooms, radiators and patio work.

Extension.
During the initial consultation Zac listened to what we wanted to achieve and then provided useful advice. When it came to completing the work I found Broad Builders to be quick and efficient with such attention to detail that the outcome surpassed my expectations. Broad Builders has the rare combination of being able to carry out the practical work to the highest standard as well as project manage effectively. An excellent craftsman, Zac takes a real pride in his work. It has been a joy to find a building company who are both highly capable and 110% reliable and trustworthy.

Relaying patio slabs and pointing.
They did and excellent job of sorting out the problem of sinking patio terrace the was built badly by another company two years ago.
