    John and his team were very efficient, polite and tidied up really well after a messy job. He kept us informed at every stage of the process and answered all our questions. We would definatley recomend this company.

    Repair to roof membrane and installation of felt support trays plus other small roof repairs.

    We received prompt attention from John, and he quoted having looked at the problem properly and shown us what he had found. He was able to carry out the work quickly and was able to do some other work we requested replacing some cracked tiles and repairing cementing on other roofs. We were kept informed all the ay through and the team were courteous and left the site clean and tidy.

    Clay tile roof repair

    Some tiles on a large section of the roof had started to flake and crumble and therefore needed replacing. John came to the house and gave me a quote, which I accepted. He arranged for scaffolding to be erected and completed the job in 2 days, including repairing the ridge tiles. The roof is now looking good. John and his team worked hard, were very pleasant to deal with and left the area clean and tidy. A great job....

    Urgent roof repair

    John was the first to contact me after, which in my case was extremely important as the work needed to be done within short time. Not only did John respond very quickly, he also found a mutually convenient time for us to review the work the next day. I felt nervous at first, but after John showed me the repair required, explained a couple of options with rough costs, plus his empathetic manner and supportive approach, gave me confidence in hiring him to complete the work. I was very impressed by John and indeed the work done. Highly recommend Broadoak for any roof work.
