Rental property do-up
I'd used Graham before for removing a deck and creating hard standing for a new shed and for replacing door frames and skirting boards and building a lean to at the side of my house. When I bought a rental property he replaced the bathroom, supervised new fuse board, new heating boiler and radiators and replaced outside light. Replaced carpets stripped wallpaper, redecorated.
