  Refitting radiators after renovation

  For last seven years I've been always calling Broadwater Plumbing and Heating Services for any pluming or heating related jobs. Never been disappointed with an honest approach to timing, costing and general professionalism. This time was no different, and radiators are back on following re-plastering of the walls. Thank you!

  Jabe was so helpful, as the leak had been happening for a while, so there was water damage in that area, and he pleasantly explained that some companies would not want to take the job. But he was capable and confident, and helpful and down to earth in his communication. I would recommend him.

  Replacement Hot Water Tank

  As someone more use to complaining about everything, on this occasion I write to acknowledge Jabe’s professionalism and the care taken when replacing my hot water tank. Jabe hit a few snags along the way due to the extreme age of some of the existing pipework but his experience really made a difference and he (with my consent) even replaced some existing pipework at no extra cost. It was a pleasure to deal with someone as highly skilled and as friendly as Jabe and I’m nothing short of delighted with the outcome.

  Diverter value replacement and pipe repair

  Excellent service from initial phone call to completion of the work. Was very considerate to both the house, by laying sheets down before starting, and to our four children who were running around very interested in what he was doing. Even when he came across some complications in wiring he was quick to resolve. After service was also of the highest standard, answering questions and popping back round to fix a snag. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.
