Tom came to see us early this year to provide a quote to replace the wall at the front of our house. Having accepted his offer, we agreed on a day for him to start the job. He contacted us to apologising, on two occasions stating he was otherwise occupied. We haven't heard from him since.

Tom and his team have been fantastic. I’ve had two separate jobs carried out and both the outdoor office foundations/wall and house repointing have been completed to the highest standard. Tom’s communication is also fantastic. I would recommend Broadway Brickwork and Building Services to anyone.

Fantastic guy. Managed to squeeze my job in at short notice, suggested an improvement on what I asked for and completed the job with great neat brickwork. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Spoke to Thomas on numerous occasions to arrange for him to visit our property and view at job and provide quote. He informed me his van had broken down and wouldn’t be able to visit for 2-3 weeks. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and gave him the time he needed to get things sorted. He has since now informed me he’s now self isolating due to COVID-19. Sadly other potential customers reviews have said he’s full of excuses and I have to agree with them. I recommend you look else where rather then waste your time with this company.
