We suddenly lost all power to all our sockets one evening, with no obvious reason. We called James out of hours, and he kept us informed about what time he would get to us, then arrived as promised and managed to make a temporary fix. He then sourced the replacement part the next day, and returned to complete the task. James was so helpful and we were really pleased with the service. Definitely recommend and would use again!
