Carpet fitters broke table. Cut carpet too short so it does not reach the door trims properly. Complaint made to carpet company. Two appointments made from carpet company for Lorenzo to come and rectify. Two no shows. Told by carpet company that the carpet fitter has gone "awol" and left the company. Disgusting. Not table to eat off at christmas thanks to this unethical company

Arranged to come but didn't show then wouldn't answer calls. Stayed in all day waiting!!

Arrived early, got straight to work. Observed social distancing during work. Flooring was fitted quickly and clearef up after himself. I am really pleased with it. Thank you.

I have messaged asking if he was still coming today. He has come pulled the runners up in my stairs whilst I was out in the garden collecting the gripper rod. He has left the house and not returned no explanation. I have messaged and called and still no response.
