Flat Roof/ Porch and Guttering
Had a continuous leak from the flat roof in the porch. Had numerous visits to be fixed from other companies who failed to fix the issue. The two workmen from Brolin Roofing were thorough and professional and got to the route problem straight away. The cost was as estimated and my house/garden was left clean and all rubbish cleared. Flat Roof/ Porch works and Guttering
Had issues with a continuing leak from the flat roof in the porch. Numerous companies and money wasted with it not fixed until Brolin Roofing finally fixed the problem and blocked guttering. The two workmen that came were thorough and got to the problem straight away. Both polite and friendly and ensured my house was left tidy and all rubbish removed. Reroof
We used Brolin roofing to replacement our roof as well as to extend the roof-line over an expanded patio addition. The Robert’s team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled.
Repair/replace existing roofing panels
Initially we were very happy with the work carried out by Brolin. However, with the first heavy winter rain, we realised that they had only partially fixed the roof and that it still leaked in a number of places. When I contacted them to come out and fix the issue, as we were told there was a 24 month guarantee on their work, I was told there was nothing they could do and I should have paid them more for the initial work. This stemmed from Brolin quoting one figure for the work and subsequently doubling the cost after 4 days of work. We agreed to pay 50% of the increase. Avoid
Replace a double pitched roof, guttering and facia board
Not used the company before but they came recommended. Sensible estimate, which was stuck to, all work done to a high standard. Turned up everyday and were always a pleasure to deal with. Answered calls or texts every time with any queries I had.
To fix a leak in the roof.
Highly recommend Rob - we had a leaky roof at the back of the house, Rob got up the ladder and managed to diagnose the problem very quickly. Rob was very professional and reasonably priced. He came round the following week and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use Rob and his team again and will be recommending to our neighbours.
Replacing Flat Roof
Old roof had seen better days and Rob responded quickly to our call, came round to view and promptly supplied a very competitive quote. Felt very confident with him, went ahead and the work was done within the week, at time specified, professionally to a very high standard. Friendly, easy to get on with and i'd highly recommend Rob and his team. I'm a very happy customer.
