  Faulty pressure gauge and beyond impeccable service.

  Boiler flashing F1 and no hot water. Steve very kindly talked me through doing some home checks to establish the problem and to enable me to have hot water. We discovered that the gauge is faulty. Gauge will be replaced with a new part. What incredible service. I am so grateful to have a company on the end of the phone that goes that extra mile to help their customers. Thank you.

  Fantastic service from Steve. He identified the problem swiftly, ordered the parts and restored my hot water and heating to full working order. Very impressed with the explanation of what was wrong. Great personable and friendly manner that made me feel at ease and confident in the work that was being carried out. I would highly recommend.

  Steve Williams is beyond doubt the best heating engineer I’ve known in 40+ years. His knowledge of both domestic and commercial installations is vast; he’s always prompt, prepared and professional. He manages inspections, services, repairs, and renewals for my properties, explains clearly what’s required and is always entirely transparent about costs and billing. He’s friendly and personable and we rely on his expertise whenever there’s a boiler or heating system issue. 5* service and highly recommended

  Boiler service, inspection of gas installation and appliances, issue landlord gas safety certificate

  Bromley Heating installed a Worcester Bosch combi boiler in 2012 and have always provided an excellent annual service. The inspection of the boiler and radiators is very thorough as was the recent inspection of gas installation and appliances for the landlord gas safety certificate. They are extremely helpful and efficient, reply promptly and can always be relied upon to come at the time arranged. They explain clearly the work they are carrying out, answer any questions and offer help and advice. I am extremely pleased with their work and am grateful to know I can always rely on their expertise.

  To fix Shower, and adjust temperature of water.

  Bromley heating came to repair my shower. He was polite and extremely knowledgeable. Previously explaining what was needed (a Shower head and Shower Cartridge) and how much it would cost. He also changed the temperature of the water in the storage tank for me as it wasn't hot enough. He replaced everything he removed and was extremely tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Fixed Heating and Hot Water

  I had no heating or hot water, Steve from Bromley heating turned up when promised and fixed both for me. This my go to company, they are always polite and professional and I have complete faith in them for all of my heating and plumbing work and am happy to recommend them.
