  Windows and Doors

  Kind and professional service

Dave came out to help with my mom’s front door after it had been damaged in an incident. There wasn’t a huge amount that needed doing, but he took the time to paint over the worst of the marks and made it look much better. What really stood out was how kind, understanding and considerate Dave was towards my mom and her circumstances. He was very fair with us and genuinely seemed to care about helping rather than just treating it as another job. It was a relatively small job, but his kindness and willingness to help meant a lot. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Tidy job, quickly and carefully completed

I made a request for patio doors to be re-caulked as the seal had disintegrated over time, not sure that any windows installer would be interested in such a small job. However,Dave’s response was immediate and positive. He arranged to undertake the work and arrived, exactly as scheduled. He checked all around the doors and re-sealed all gaps tidily, also re-sealing the outside sections. Unprompted, Dave also adjusted to door so that an impossible locking system now works smoothly. A very professional service delivered competently. Thank you.

  Window replacement and repai

We recently had two windows replaced and two top lites replaced. The smallest one was from the front window a top lite with leading pattern which had been cracked. This was repaired and it matched the other leaded lites in the window. The other small window was a top opener. The finished work was finished to a high standard with minimal rectification work to once Dave had gone.

Bromsgrove Window Installations Limited - Top Class

D W Benbow - Bromsgrove Window Installations Limited. 9 New windows composite front door installed by Dave Benbow. We absolutely cannot fault the windows or his work. Extremely professional, well mannered, courteous and he could not do enough for us. Worked so hard from the time he arrived until the time he left. He removed all the old windows and rubbish and kept everything clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in asking Dave to do any work for us in the future. Happy to recommend and answer any questions. Top class - Thank you so much Christine Sherlock & Trevor Meade
