Dan was fantastic since day 1. We contacted him when we initially started planning our new kitchen and Dan was super helpful in helping us define what would work. The quality of his work is amazing and he pays so much attention to detail, which makes elevated the kitchen even more. Nothing was ever too much trouble, super clean and tidy and super reliable. Always kept us informed of extra costs etc and still flexible when we added a few extra details. Would not work with anyone else for any kitchen fitting/carpentry work.

Dan completely transformed our entrance, replacing a very poor staircase left by the previous owner with a beautiful, solid oak overclad staircase that’s exactly what we wanted. He listened carefully to our brief and used his skill and knowledge to bring our idea to life while keeping it within budget. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent, and the finish really speaks for itself. Great communication throughout, friendly and trustworthy, and even offered helpful advice on decorating after the job. We’ve already booked him again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Dan fitted a new loft hatch and ladder for us. It’s been a godsend and made the loft more accessible and a lot safer getting stuff in and out of the loft. Workmanship was top quality as always and competitively priced, which is why we use Brookes Carpentry on a regular basis.

Dan installed new flooring throughout the ground floor with all new skirtings and architraves, The work was carried out to a high standard, Dan left each day clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!
