  House Renovation in Tonbridge.

  We recently completed a full property renovation in with Brooks & Co Developments Ltd, led by Sam, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first meeting, Sam impressed us with his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. He took the time to understand our vision for the property and offered practical suggestions that elevated the final design. Throughout the project, communication was excellent – we were always kept up to date with progress, timelines, and any decisions that needed to be made. Sam and his team were reliable, organised, and incredibly tidy.

  Garage conversion

  Sam and his team recently did a garage conversion for me. We found them to be very reliable, hard working and the finish is high quality. We are particularly impressed with Sam as he communicates and co-ordinates exceptionally well, always on time and we were always forewarned any small changes in the planned timetable of words. The additional tradesmen he uses are also very good. Can not really fault the service they provide.

  Carpentry and kitchen refurbishment

  Great experience from Brooks and Co. We chose to go ahead with Sam and his team due to the great reviews online and the well-presented quotations and work proposals. Completed all doors, skirting, architrave, and wood flooring throughout, including a new kitchen and structural opening for bifold doors. Any issues along the way were handled quickly and professionally.

  Excellent Garage Conversion

  Having had a bathroom refit done by another company a couple of years ago which didn’t go to plan, working with Brooks and Co was a refreshing change for the better. Excellent communication from the initial contact stage, through quoting and the project management itself. The time taken at quoting to measure and discuss options meant that the project ran smoothly even when the doors were delivered incorrectly. All contractors were punctual, efficient and courteous, and the level of workmanship is top notch. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again. These guys show how it should be done.

  Cladding, Internal and external carpentry in our home

  I've had Sam and his team do several carpentry jobs in my current house and every time they come over they are very friendly, tidy and the carpentry they do is to high standard. I would highly recommend them.
