Just hire David, you won't regret it. David carried out extensive ground floor structural renovations at our home to accomodate a new open plan kitchen installation. The work involved the removal of load bearing walls, the addition of steels and foundation supports, new electrics, LED lighting, bi-fold door installation, network cabling, replastering of walls and ceilings and heating system alterations. The work was done to a high standard and we're very happy with the results. He's a highly skilled, experienced builder and electrician that supported us at every step of the build.

We were put in contact with David via Checkatrade and from the start were impressed with the way our request was dealt with. David ensured he had all the relevant information, including photographs, before giving us a very competitive estimate. It was very easy to arrange a suitable appointment and we were impressed with the friendly and helpful service. The work was undertaken in a very efficient way; we were kept informed throughout of what was being done and advice was given sensitively and without pressure. The standard of work was of high quality and we are extremely satisfied with result

David arrived within 1 hour. Very polite. Clean workman even took his shoes off. Nothing to much trouble. Extremely helpful. If you are thinking about having work done phone him first. You won’t be disappointed.

David came to replace our fuse board in preparation for our kitchen replacement, but ended up also rewiring the kitchen, sorting out the plumbing in our new kitchen, connecting all our appliances and restoring our faith in contractors. He was very patient when our trust in a previous fitter was shattered and explained every step in detail. He worked very hard to get everything finished on time to allow coordination with others. Really fantastic skills and patience, sorry about all the silly questions, I would recommend him wholeheartedly if you want piece of mind.

Completed work in a professional and efficient way. Including extensive testing and explanation of current regulations. All necessary certificates supplied. Good communication, friendly and efficient. Definitely recommended.
