Thaci wasn't available so sent someone else without telling us. The guy who came was polite but had no idea what he was doing. Needed a doorway through a supporting wall. He had barely any tools and no vehicle. He wasn't comfortable putting in a lintel and didn't know anything about brick work. He put an unsupported hole in the wall and bodged a door frame round it. Didnt put a mat or dust sheet down and crunched rubble into our wood floor. Whole doorway needed ripping out and redoing. Thaci offered full refund but we wouldn't use again as his builders need training.

They have done a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the outcome. We would use them again.
