120kw boiler and Flue change
Like for like commercial boiler swap within our warehouse, very reasonably priced and good standard of work. Magma filter fitted and system cleaned. He re balanced for free (X50 radiators) so can’t complain at all, would recommend this contractor and will use him for all future works

Relocating existing boiler
Had my existing boiler moved to an adjacent wall in September as I was having a extension built at the time and the extension contractor wanted to charge to much to carry out the works, stumbled across Broughton Building Services through word of mouth and I must say they was outstanding with price and workmanship, would highly recommend ??????????

Boiler movement, all service extensions and a new smart thermostat system installed throughout
We were very pleased the works. Our boiler movement was a complicated project with masonry and roof access challeges that Lewis logically and proactively overcame. He clearly carried out a thorough review of the works required and was able to execute within his timescales and all within budget. And a great price! Lewis's solutions based approach generally, along with a few other plumbing jobs for us since, have really helped us to move our DIY on. We've recommended Lewis to family and he has always performed. I'd always give Lewis furst refusal with any future plumbing jobs. Top chap!
