A great removal day
Brown and Brown Removals moved the contents of my home, including many plants in containers from my garden, from Bournemouth to Brighton. From the booking process with Sandi, to putting everything in my new home and garden, they were very helpful and made things easy. Nothing was too much trouble for Roy and the team on the day and they took great care of my possessions. Everyone was cheerful and friendly.Verified reviewerJob location: BH10RPatricia C8 House Removal

Moving house from England to Scotland
Great service after a few problematic issues. Clearer communication on volume would made it a seamless move. They got the job done, no damages. Would recommend.Job location: SP4RZoe WResponse from Brown & Brown Removals
Due to the customers lack of understanding how much she had and not including all boxes and bags we arrived with one Luton needed a second vehicle as clearly not all going to fit on. Customer informed of 30 maximum boxes 57 counted 4 WDC then wanted 8, and did not mention bag's, had 15. Extra bits racks and pictures not mentioned. Last minute change from a house to a 4th floor flat with a lift. I sent 2 men for a Luton van should have been a 3 man job. I only charged the extra fuel for the second van. Flat with upper floor, Gym to go up to the top, men worked very hard to get this done.

Our company was established in 2004.
Its a small run family business and we pride ourselves on treating our customers with a personal professional service.
I have myself been in the removal business for 20 years so I consider myself experienced in my field.
We undertake all kinds of moves from full house to single items delivery and at the moment I am helping deliver items for John Lewis and fitting together if required.
We also provide a full packing service and storage if needed.
We are only a small family business and I would prefer to keep it that way we have two vans on the road, a staff of eight including my dad who collects and delivers boxes to customers and he also quotes jobs.
My wife takes care of the paperwork side of things and invoicing and the dreaded tax and I work on the jobs packing and moving.
We have customers who come back time after time and will use our services without question.
We do not do rubbish clearance for the tip
