Prompt, honest opinion
Rang immediately to make sure we’d checked the basic oven faults then gave excellent advice on the price of spares for an old Miele (wow). Better off with a new one. Thanks for helping us out.

Oven repair
Glenn came around to repair my oven that was not heating up. He did a great job and explained clearly what was wrong with my oven. He was very tidy and didn’t leave a mess behind. He also offered to get rid of the faulty parts for me. I would highly recommend him!
