James and Sophie did an excellent job on fitting our stair runner. The whole process - from initial quote to final fitting - was ideal. The quality of the carpet is excellent and works as we hoped. James went the extra mile when coming around to measure up. He gave us lots of very useful advice and was extremely patient while we made up our minds about certain aspects. Overall, highly recommended!

The work was excellent. We ordered the carpets for 3 rooms and they fitted when each room was decorated. Couldn’t recommend highly enough; I don’t know what else I can say!
