  Jez was amazing, he completed the work promptly and professionally and we would recommend him if anyone needs any plumbing needs. From the second of calling Jez he was very prompt in identifying the issue and booking us in for the work to be carried out. On first investigation Jez got it spot on what was needed to be done. Work was complete and regular calls were had to update him with progress. Following this he came back and finished the last little bits perfectly. And we have had no issues following the work. We even had a lovely catch up call to confirm everything was working.

  Jez is very determined and persistent, and he went to the root of the many problems that he encountered in my 1868 terrace house with creative and imaginative solutions. A dedicated worker.

  Leaking shower

  Rang Jez and as promised he turned up next day and at time arranged. Simple problem of perished washers, repaired and at no cost to myself. Tidy worker and always a smile and a joke or tale to tell. Top Man, will use again and would recommend him to others.

  Fitting shower

  Has not completed the job he started before Christmas and is now refusing to come back so we are left with a shower not fit for purpose. He fitted our valve assembly incorrectly in spite of there being in depth instructions provided with the shower control. Because the assembly was wrongly fitted the safety temperature override button doesn’t work. Broke off a valve hand wheel which fell between the floorboards. Said he would replace - hasn’t. Hot water supply valve was not fully open. Because he’s refusing to put the job right are having to get a more professional person in to put it right.

  Moving and adding a number of pipes in the garage

  Jez was brilliant; he accommodated us at short notice and got the job done just as we wanted. There were a few curve balls to the job which we didn't appreciate at the outset. Jez took all of these in his stride and honoured his price where many tradespeople would have looked to hike the price up. We'll definitely use Jez again moving forward with other works as part of our retrofit.
