Brian offered to come round and fix the leak from the toilet. He quickly identified the problem and charged a fair price for his work. He was upfront with the costs and the problem and when he was running late he telephoned to let me know. He did a clean professional job and would use him and Ross again in the future.

We booked the Company to instal a new kitchen tap and change the radiator in the downstairs cloakroom. Brian initially came out to assess the work and price it and Ross came a few days later to carry it out. He fitted the tap with no fuss and no mess but when he came to do the radiator, he discovered that the one I had purchased would not fit...... No problems. He explained what I needed and booked himself in a week later. This time, all went to plan and despite having to make 2 trips, the invoice was exactly as per the quote. I can not recommend this company highly enough.

What was a simple job of installing a gas hob and installing a tap presented a number of problems but Brian resolved them all going above and beyond to complete the job. I can’t speak highly enough of Brian, so helpful, able to problem solve and all at a reasonable price. Thank you
