Ben turned up promptly at the time agreed and worked throughout the day to finish the job. The quality of work was top class - much better than previous companies I have used. Ben and his colleague worked hard for nearly 9 hours manually scraping the moss from my roof. I found them to be very polite and intent on doing a good job. There was a LOT of moss , the great majority of which they tidied up . There were a couple of bits of tidying up that could have been improved but they did run out of daylight so I’ll forgive them for that. Plus, when I mentioned it Ben was apologetic.
