  Boiler leaking

  Used Brs as a 2nd opinion after a big company name said boiler needed replacing. Billy came to take a look and took the time to show me and explain that although the boiler is a little old it was just a simple hose and valve that had corroded. These could be replaced very easily and at a tiny fraction of the thousands I was previously quoted for a new boiler. I am happy to report 3 months later all working well. I am more than over the moon with the service and honesty that I received. Have recommended Brs to 2 others and all equally very happy.

  Bill was always at the end of the phone to answer questions. Bill came out multiple times before the job to check what we wanted and confirmed we were happy. Bill was very trustworthy. He completed the work whilst we were away and when we returned the house was left tidy and clean. Bill has returned to sort small jobs in the house. We will always go to Bill.
