Spencer arrived within 20 minutes of calling. He was able to open the door when the key wouldn't work and repaired the lock. Spencer at Brunel locksmiths was brilliant and did a fantastic job to fix our front door. Our front door wouldn’t close properly due to the striker plate, Spencer came out and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently - he even swept up at the end.
