Fault finding and repair of domestic air conditioning system
Prompt response to initial enquiry, which included expectation setting for what would be entailed, timewise, as well as legal requirements. This demonstrated their proficiency and preparedness to do the job properly and aligned with compliance and best practice, leading to us commissioning them for the work. Rates were very reasonable and delivery was professional, with first call out diagnosing the fault, and follow up visit to carry out repairs with required parts.
