The engineer was on time, was polite and helpful and was happy to answer any questions.

Not much more to say than: No problem with "Office" processes, even offered appointments within a week of the (non emergency) call. Boiler serviced in first ½ hour of the 2 hour appointment slot. Great ! Technician on time, polite, and no mess to clear up after he left ! Unlike others - he left the boiler settings as they were when he arrived !

Brunswick Ltd. Installed our new boiler late December '22... quickly resolving the worrying concern of going through a family Christmas without heat or hot water. They quoted and installed within the week before the big day. Service was thorough and considerate, pricing was competitive. One year on, their local engineer returned to provide the boiler's first service and filter clean etc., again at competitive pricing and good communication.

Brunswick fitted in this job - no hot water or heating - just before the Christmas holidays and fixed the problem, which was really appreciated.
