Very expensive for what was done as no materials used and only here quarter hour

As a matter of urgency, I needed to organise a new toilet and disposal of the old one for a relative's property - despite me not being local. After just one phone call, Caleb gave me every confidence that this could be sorted without fuss. He and his colleague arrived on time (critical as I had travelled to get things resolved) and were simply excellent at sorting the issue in a calm, straightforward and cost-effective way - despite it being of massive importance for me. Super helpful, didn't leave a scrap of mess and can't recommend highly enough. Thanks guys. :)

Very impressive work.The two engineers worked quickly and efficiently and explained in simple terms what they were doing and how long it would take.I was also very taken with their tidiness .On my request they took away the old machine and also much to my surprise they returned the washing equipment to the right cupboard before leaving. I reserve the right to change my comments if the machine fails for some reason in the short term.

Caleb was super helpful from the enquiry right through to completing the job! Changed a tap in the kitchen, changed a toilet seat cover in the bathroom and then replaced silicone both bathroom and shower. Completed the jobs swiftly and feel the hourly rate was very reasonable for his knowledge and expertise. Took all the packaging / old products away. Already recommended to a neighbour that’s booking him in and would recommend to others too!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Really lovely guys, friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to have in the house whilst the works where going on. The workmanship is the best I have seen in a long time, they are perfectionists, and there was no snagging at the end. They left everything cleaner than when they started! They left a hamper of goodies, and dressed the bathroom beautifully when they left. Well worth the money spent. I will definitely be using them again for other house projects.

Caleb did a fantastic job of turning our dream bathroom into reality. Always cleaned up each day and was completely respectful.
