  Can't fault any part of their service. Despite my taps giving their best go at refusing to be replaced the job was done professionally and as quick as the seized parts allowed. Very grateful and happy with my new taps.

  Rich had great communication and came out to look at the job at short notice. We immediately felt reassured that he was knowledgeable and experienced and he was great with my elderly parents who were extremely anxious and stressed about the situation. He arrived on time and completed the job much quicker than we’d expected and to a high standard!
