Farhad responded quickly and was very accommodating to my circumstances. He installed my new European washing machine, changed the plug to a British one, and also took away the old machine. His work was efficient, clean, and professional, and he was polite and a pleasure to deal with throughout. As I was not able to be there when he finished the job, he sent detailed photos showing every step of the work. I would certainly call him again when the need arises and would be very happy to recommend him.
