  I found BSK to to very good. Very reliable. Thorough in his work. Explained everything simply to me of what he was doing and had done. Turned up when he said he would and left everything tidy for me.

  Leak in property

  BSK Plumbing and Heating came out to assist with a leak we had. He quickly identified that it wasn’t a leak from within and that it was in fact a leak from where the side of garage meets the house just above the flashing. He said that he could confirm this by cutting an inspection hatch in our utility ceiling to check which we agreed to. This confirmed his suspicion was right and he showed me the evidence of where the water was coming from. Throughout his visit he took time to explain everything to me which I appreciated. He also tided up after himself. Would definitely use his firm again.
