The structural work involved was carried out well (apart from having to pay for a steel that they has forgotten to price for). Work slowed down though, leaving me without a kitchen for weeks. When I politely chased, they responded with silly and easily disprovable accusations of breach of contract and walked away from the job. It was left unfinished and not in compliance with Building Regulations, leaving me in a very difficult position. I am currently taking them to the small claims court. Avoid them!

Could not imagine a better experience! The team were very professional, reliable, and responsive. We trusted them in our home, and we received quality work and high end design which worked great for our family. BSL exceeded our expectations. From the planning and design choices to the daily updates with our project manager we were more than happy with our choice of BSL. We look forward to our next project.

I was looking to renovate my house back in December 2020 including x2 new bathrooms, new kitchen and openings for the reception room area. BSL were honest and extremely hardworking team. They ensured every job was completed to the highest standard. The team didn’t disappoint. They helped us throughout the planning/design stage and their quality of work was outstanding. We will be getting them back in the future for more work! Highly recommend!
