Disappointed with him and his service. I called him because of his positive reviews here however, didn’t know he lack of professionalism. He keeps charging without my acknowledgement and he ask for cash payment. Avoid him and this company.

My first visit for inspection and testing (EICR). The landlord of the building required an electrical certificate from the owner of the shop (Mr Habib) to make sure the building is safe. I found the electrical installation in bad condition and unsafe for staff, there was also a risk of fire. I explained to Mr Habib that remedial work is needed. He asked me to issue a certificate and avoid remedial work to save money and I refused. Electrical installation must be safe with no risk of injury and fire. He paid the first invoice for inspection. Finally, he agreed to remedial work for £750 (including materials) that I booked for my next visit for remedial work. When I completed the work. I sent the invoice for the payment, but he ignored it. I sent a letter for late payment with 14 days’ notice, making a court claim for payment. He then left a review on checkandtrade.
If he is not happy with my work, he can contact Bromley council’s building control regulation. My company registered with building control and they will come to assess my work. As a professional, I follow the IET Wiring Regulation BS 7671.
