Explained the issue very clearly and provided video recordings to show the issue without the need to climb up ladder to view myself. Came back very quickly with a reasonable quote (median compared to other suppliers) His communication was great, and he ran a very neat & tidy job. End result looks very good, and drone footage was supplied to show the scale, and quality of the work undertaken Would recommend him and his colleagues very highly
