From the initial assessment visit to the happy conclusion Tom and the team were professional, thoughtful, skilled and courteous. When we encountered some issues because of poor choices on our behalf, constructive and excellent advice was offered. Each day the team insisted on clearing away and all debris was completely removed. The finished project exceeded expectations. We will be contacting them again for any future works needed and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tom was a friendly, tidy, knowledgable person who worked out the issue, bought 2 replacement hoses and sorted out my NEW leaking boiling tap in about the same time that it had taken my previous plumber to create the problem. So, thank you Tom. I happily recommend him to anyone and will be happy to use him again, should I need another plumber!
