  Love my new kitchen

  Mark and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was completed at a high standard and to make sure I was happy with everything. They were flexible to make changes if required. The team was friendly and pleasant even to the neighbours, excellent communication. I am very happy with my new kitchen

  Complete bathroom design and refit and installation of high pressure water tank.

  Mark and the team from Bsure boilers and bathrooms where great from first meeting untill last. I needed complete refit of my bathroom and a high pressure water system and the job was completed to perfection. Beautiful finishing touches really completed things and then Mark sent a cleaner round round not that there was any mess left behind..which was a fantastic final touch. Cant recommended the guys enough, easy to deal with. No messing about and all within the agreed budget. Thankyou

  Blocked drain preventing bath from draining

  Arrived within an hour of me calling. Immediately identified the source of the problem and quickly rectified it. I was impressed with how promptly the issue was resolved and at a very fair price too. Good communication throughout. Would recommend.

  Accessability Shower Room

  Mark from BSure designed an accessible shower room to meet my needs, whilst creating a stylish, luxury finish. Tony managed the build putting his heart and soul into it. His attention to detail and checking in with me, was much appreciated. He didn't cut corners instead doing things which were more effort and expense for them but right for the job. BSure were flexible around other trades we had in, who had caused delays. They were respectful of our house, keeping dust and dirt to a minimum and regular cleaning up. We're very pleased with the finished product and highly recommend BSure.

  Changing hearing system

  Mark and the team were brilliant. Great communication, flexible with last minute changes I asked for, nice to have around, left the house tidy, and even washed up!
