So grateful to Nick and his dedicated team for restoring our parquet, pine floors, and storage subflooring. Nick’s team has high attention to detail, showing skills and care from start to finish. He stepped in on super short notice, organizing every day to the highest standard. Nick went above and beyond, clearing heavy trade waste left by other contractors. He kept me updated daily and we started early mornings together. He cares for my needs as if his own, worked on my house as if his own, delivering excellence with kindness and great aftercare. Highly recommended with no hesitation!

Very happy overall with the service and experience with Nick and his team. Flexible proposals based on what we wanted (keeping existing flooring and extending with new floors of the same timber). Felt the quotation was competitive and reasonable and we were able to schedule the installation conveniently around the rest of our project. The team who fitted the flooring were very friendly and very respectful of the space, as we were still using the living room area. definitely a promotor of BT Flooring.
